DANGEROUS ROUTINES AND MONOTONOUS PROCESSES
Of course, different “burdens” have an effect on the employees*. Time pressure, fatigue, cold, noise, etc. are mostly obvious factors that lead to incidents or fatal accidents. But it is the monotonous processes and dangerous routines in particular, that are responsible for many mistakes by employees* within the company.
In addition, human errors are exacerbated by lack of application, which physiologically lead to the dangerous “forgetting” of processes or procedures. Many companies recognize the necessity of personnel-specific innovations but still don’t have a novel development for it.
Unfortunately, innovation also always means a continuous process, which is often perceived as a disruption by employees as well as their own managers.
