Pilot project with a future

Pilot project with a future

Unexpected often comes!

Sometimes things happen in life that you neither imagined nor expected.

This also happened in autumn 2017.

A call from one of the largest welfare organisations in NRW brought the aviation world of ProPilots to a new horizon. The interest of the participants lay in the user-friendly presentation, implementation and securing of training courses.

For years, ProPilots has been offering aviation companies intelligent and targeted solutions to ensure the legally required training and examinations of aviation personnel. As specialists for usability and user experience, we optimized our knowledge platforms. New studies, legislation, experiences and requirements of our customers let us live the process of continuous improvement.

We for you!

The goal: A system that enables self-determined and proactive learning.

After less than three months the pilot project was presented at the AWO Elisabeth-Brune Seniorenzentrum Gladbeck. The system, which was developed in the aviation industry and optimised for care, will ensure that all employees* of this facility receive further training from March 2018. Not only the legal requirements, but also their own quality standards will be made available to the employees* around the clock, available from any location.  In addition, all requirements of the local works council, the Works Constitution Act and data protection regulations have been fully integrated into the system.

It is not without reason that we are proud to have implemented a pilot project with a future at Arbeiterwohlfahrt in Gladbeck. The positive feedback from those involved and the penetration of the training courses conducted in all working areas of the facility is our greatest confirmation and further motivation. The employees* from this important social area should be given the opportunity to decide for themselves when and how to acquire new and required knowledge.

We are looking forward to further cooperation in the new interesting area of care.
